Donation Terms & Conditions

All donations are voluntary and given to support the Foundation’s charitable work.
Donations are non-refundable, except for a duplicate payment or a wrong amount. Contact us within 7 days with your transaction details.
Donors in India may be eligible for a deduction under Section 80G, subject to the Income Tax Act. Please give your correct name, PAN and full postal address so we can issue a receipt.
Your receipt is sent by email or post after your payment is confirmed.
Funds are used for the Foundation’s objectives, such as eye care, education and community development. If a chosen purpose cannot be met, we may use the gift where the need is greatest.
Payments go through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details.
Your personal details are kept confidential. We do not sell or share them, and we use them only for receipts and updates on our work.
If money is deducted but the donation does not show as successful, please share the transaction ID with us. Banks usually reverse failed payments within 5–7 working days.
Donations from outside India are subject to applicable laws. Please contact us before donating.
A donation does not give the donor any right over the Foundation’s management, services or property.
