Applicants must be 18 years or older. Minors need written guardian consent.
Please give accurate and truthful information in your application.
Respect the Foundation’s mission and treat everyone equally, regardless of caste, colour, creed or gender.
Keep all patient and beneficiary details confidential.
Do not use the NETRIKA name or logo without written permission.
Take part in activities voluntarily and responsibly, and follow instructions from coordinators.
Applications are reviewed by our team. We will contact you within 7 working days.

Membership may be cancelled if these guidelines are not followed.
